Marlowe spent a decade cutting hair across Brisbane before opening the studio’s first chair on Brunswick Street in 2014. The studio grew slowly — skin, nails, brows and lashes added only when the right specialist was ready — and every service still opens with a proper consultation, colour always with a patch test 48 hours beforehand.
