For mid-career people who are competent, reasonably successful, and quietly certain something needs to change. Coaching is forward-looking and practical — not therapy, and I will say so if what you need is the other thing.

The competent plateau

Good at the job, promoted appropriately, and increasingly unsure why any of it matters. The most common conversation.

Six sessions, then it ends — The work has a shape and a stop, agreed before it starts, so it never drifts into an open-ended arrangement.

STEP 1

Get specific

Name the actual problem, not the vague version you arrived with.

Try the smallest real version before you leap.

Check what moved

Honestly, against what you said you would do.

I expected to be told to follow my passion. Instead I was asked, repeatedly, what I would actually do on Monday.
