Do I need to be home?
No — most regular clients aren’t. Keys are held securely and we text before and after each visit.
What products do you use?
Effective, low-toxicity products as standard. If you’d rather we used something specific, or something stronger, just ask.
Is your team insured?
Yes — every cleaner is police-checked, referenced and covered by our public liability insurance.
What if something's missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it, free, no argument.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, that’s the default for regular cleans — the same person gets to know your house.
Do you do one-off cleans?
Yes, spring cleans, pre-event cleans and end-of-lease cleans all run as one-offs.
How is the office cleaning invoiced?
One monthly invoice, GST included, on a schedule that matches your lease.
