What makes an enquiry useful.
The date, the type of appointment (bridal, occasion & guest, or editorial), and roughly how many are in the party is enough for an answer on availability.
The atelier takes a limited number of weddings each season and fills up early, particularly Saturdays between May and September — check the date first, and everything else can wait.

The atelier answers enquiries within two working days. If your date is already taken we will say so straight away.
