Deep tissue, aromatherapy or a simple back and shoulder. Sixty or ninety minutes, robe and quiet room included.
Skin
A consultation first, then a facial built around what your skin is doing that week.
The Salon
Cut, colour and finish, with the same generous slot timing as the rooms.
The Long Visit
Three hours: hair, one treatment and a slow lunch in between, booked as a single appointment.

None of these appear as a line on the bill: a robe and slippers, laundered here rather than hired in; use of the quiet room, before and after, for as long as it is free; and tea, properly made — leaf, not a bag, with a second pot if you want one.
Also included: fifteen minutes of slack built into every slot so nothing overruns onto you; a written note on what we did and what to do at home, if you want it; and no commission, no upsell — nobody here is paid to sell you anything.
The awkward questions
Nobody minds being asked any of these.
Do I have to undress?
Only to the level you are comfortable with. You are covered throughout — lying under a folded sheet up to the shoulders — and the therapist leaves the room while you change.
What if I fall asleep?
Most people do. We will wake you gently at the end and you can sit in the quiet room for a while.
Can I book same-day?
Often, for the salon. The treatment rooms usually need a few days.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Inside 24 hours we charge half. Outside it, nothing.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes, on paper rather than email, and they do not expire.
Are you accessible?
The salon and one treatment room are on the ground floor with level access from the laneway. The upper rooms are stairs only.
