Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
The Still Point is a neighbourhood studio with an online members’ circle attached — thirty classes a week across two calm rooms, and the Sangha, where 600+ members keep their practice alive between visits.
Stillness is a skill. We practise it together.
Nobody’s week has a quiet hour lying around spare. The people who practise regularly are not the ones with more time — they are the ones with a place that expects them, a teacher who knows their shoulders, and a room of familiar faces on the next mat.
That is what we built: a studio you can walk to, and a circle you can carry with you when you can’t.
Two rooms, thirty classes a week, one pace: yours.
The Sun Room takes the flowing classes; the Garden Room keeps the slow ones — yin, restorative, breathwork. Every class caps at fourteen mats, so the teacher actually sees you, and Sunday’s community class runs on donations so the door stays open to everyone.
Three things you get as a member.
The studio is the anchor. The membership is what keeps the practice going the other six days.
Live & on-demand classes
A weekly livestream from the Sun Room and a library of 200+ classes — searchable by length, style and how your back feels today.
Monthly workshops
Breathwork, mobility and meditation deep-dives with our teachers — live online, recorded for the library, free to every member.
The Sangha circle
A private members’ forum with a resident host — post your questions, share your practice, and find an accountability buddy who actually checks in.
