Keep your practice alive between classes.
The Sangha is the Still Point’s online members’ circle — a weekly livestream, a 200-class library, monthly workshops and a room of people who notice when you go quiet.
Practising alone rarely survives a busy month.
Every member arrived with some version of the same three walls.
The home practice that fizzles
Two weeks of good intentions, one crowded Tuesday, and the mat quietly becomes a place the laundry dries.
The video roulette
Forty browser tabs of free classes, none of which know your body, your level, or what yesterday’s class already did to your hamstrings.
The all-or-nothing trap
If ninety minutes isn’t possible, nothing happens at all. Nobody told you fifteen honest minutes counts.
What the Sangha changes
Three habits, built in your first three months.
Practise in doses that fit
The library is organised by length and how you feel — fifteen unhurried minutes on a bad day beats the ninety you skipped.
Learn the why, monthly
Workshops go deeper than a class can — breath, joints, sleep, nervous system — and every one lands in the library afterwards.
Let the circle expect you
Post your week’s plan, find a check-in buddy, and discover that gentle accountability is the whole secret.
Everything a seat includes
One membership, four standing benefits — from day one.
Weekly livestream
Friday’s class streams live from the Sun Room — practise along and wave at the room you know.
The 200-class library
Every style we teach, filterable by time, level and what needs attention — with new classes added weekly.
Monthly workshops
Live deep-dives with the teachers, free to members, recorded forever.
The circle + 10% off
The members’ forum with its resident host — plus 10% off every in-studio pass and workshop seat.
One membership, two ways to pay.

Thirty days in the Sangha. If you don't feel steadier, your month is on us.
The questions that come up first.
Yes — most of the library has a beginner door, the foundations series assumes nothing, and the circle’s beginners thread is the friendliest room in the house. Nobody can see you practise online, which is exactly how many members start.
The membership is the online circle — livestream, library, workshops and forum — plus 10% off every in-studio pass. Studio-and-Sangha bundles exist at the front desk if you’re local.
A mat’s worth of floor. Anything we use beyond that — a cushion, a belt, two thick books standing in for blocks — is already in your house.
The shortest library classes are ten minutes; the livestream is an hour if you want the full room. Members average two to three short practices a week — the point is rhythm, not volume.
Any time, from your account page, no email required. Monthly members keep access to the end of the paid month.
Steadier starts tonight.
Join now and you’re in the circle in two minutes — tonight’s practice can be ten minutes long, and it still counts.
