We survey properly — floors up, walls probed where we can — then quote a price that doesn’t move once you’ve signed.
The build, managed
Your named site manager runs the trades, the deliveries and the inspections, and emails you every Friday.
Handover
A walkthrough, a snag list cleared within a fortnight, and the 10-year structural guarantee in writing.
