What we do, grouped
The questions we get most, in three groups. If yours is not here it is still worth ringing.
Colour services
Priced plainly, mixed to the published list.
- Root colour. Ammonia-free, PPD-free, with the printed ingredient sheet for your exact formula.
- Full head colour. Two to three hours depending on lift, with a free two-week tone check.
- Balayage. The technique ammonia-free does best, which is why we recommend it most.
- Toner & gloss. A finishing step between full colours, to freshen tone without a full application.
The shelf
Forty-one products. Everything we stock, we use.
- Colour range. Ammonia-free, PPD-free permanent and demi-permanent, plus a small range of vegetable colours.
- Care range. Six shampoos, four conditioners, three oils. A short shelf on purpose — we would rather stock what works than fill space.
- Refills. Bring any bottle bought here back and we refill it from the drum at 30% off. No membership, no card.
- Patch testing. Free, five minutes, walk-in any time we are open. Required before every first colour.
What is included
No line items, no surprises at the desk.
- Ingredient sheet. Printed, for the exact formula mixed for you.
- Strand test. On any first colour, so nobody is guessing.
- Two-week check. Free, if the tone has shifted.
- An honest no. If we cannot get you there without ammonia, we will say so.
