Coffee tastes better in company.
The Cupping Room is a working roastery with a members’ clubhouse attached — twelve single origins a year, roasted on a thirty-kilo drum, and a room of 850+ home brewers comparing notes on every one of them.
Great coffee is a group activity.
Brewing at home plateaus fast on your own. You find a bean you like, a recipe that works, and eighteen months later you are still pouring the same cup. What moves your palate is other people — tasting the same roast side by side and hearing what someone else found in it.
That is what this clubhouse is for. We roast the coffee; the Circle is where it gets talked about, brewed live, and argued over — kindly.
Roasted in 30-kilo batches, shipped on roast day.
Every origin we buy is roasted to order on Greta, our thirty-kilo drum, and bagged the same morning it ships. Members taste each new arrival first — and their cupping scores decide what stays on the shelf.
Three things you get as a member.
The beans are the start. The membership is everything that happens around them.
Monthly live brew-alongs
One evening a month, the head roaster brews the current featured roast on camera while the room brews along and compares cups in real time.
The tasting-notes library
Every roast since 2016 — recipes, grind settings, water numbers and the Circle’s own scores. Search by origin, process or brew method.
The Members Lounge
A forum that actually gets read. Post your pour, ask about gear, or trade notes on the latest micro-lot with people as curious as you are.
