Family law
Separation, parenting arrangements and property settlements. We always look at negotiation and mediation first. Hourly work only, capped and reviewed with you as the matter goes on — from $330/hr including GST.
Property & conveyancing
Sale or purchase of a residential property in Queensland. A fixed fee quoted before you instruct us, with any supplement (leasehold titles, off-the-plan) named up front. From $1,650 fixed including GST.
Employment law
Contract review, workplace disputes and settlement agreements. Settlement agreement review is frequently paid or contributed to by the employer. From $290/hr including GST.
Wills & estates
Wills, enduring powers of attorney and estate administration. A single will is one appointment, fixed fee; mirror wills for a couple cost less than two singles. From $330 fixed including GST.

What will it cost?
Standard property and wills work is a fixed fee, quoted before we start. Family and employment work is hourly, capped and agreed in advance. All fees include GST.
Do you handle personal injury claims?
No, we do not act in personal injury matters. If that is what you need, we can point you toward a firm that does.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Nothing formal — a rough description of the situation and any relevant dates is enough to start.
Can you tell me how a matter will turn out?
No, and we would be cautious of any solicitor who says they can. We explain the options and the realistic range of outcomes, and let you decide.
