Bookkeeping & BAS — We set you up on software that suits how you actually work rather than what we find easiest, and either do the bookkeeping ourselves or check yours before every BAS.
02
Year-end & tax — Statutory accounts, company tax return or individual tax return, and the director’s personal return where relevant. Prepared well ahead of the deadline, not the week before.
03
Payroll & Single Touch Payroll — Payroll, super and the steady stream of questions that come with employing people. This is the service most new clients under-budget for.
Also included
Four things people expect to pay extra for.
Unlimited questions
Phone, email or drop in. No clock, no minimum, and no awkwardness about whether it was worth ringing.
Deadline chasing
Reminders well in advance and a call if we have not heard from you. Late-lodgment penalties are avoidable and we treat them that way.
Software & setup
Licence, setup and an hour’s training. Included for the first year and usually included after that too.
Dealing with the ATO
We handle correspondence and routine queries on your behalf so you are not deciphering letters on a Friday afternoon.
Common questions
Asked before people move to us.
What if my bookkeeping is a mess right now?
Common, and not a problem. We will tell you honestly how much tidying is involved before you commit to anything, and it is usually less than people fear.
Do you work with the software I already use?
Usually, yes. Where it genuinely does not suit how you work we will say so and suggest something that does — included in the fee, not an upsell.
What happens if I miss a deadline?
We chase you well before it becomes a problem, which is the whole point of the reminder system. If a penalty does land through no fault of yours, we will help you dispute it.
Send last year’s accounts. Get a fixed quote in two working days.
No obligation, and we will tell you if you are already on a good deal.
