Garden design

A plan before a single spade goes in

An hour walking your block — sun, soil, sightlines and how you actually live — then a concept plan and planting palette within two weeks.

How a design comes together

The design visit

We walk the block together: existing trees worth keeping, drainage, the spots that bake and the spots that never dry out, and how you actually want to use the space.

Concept plan

A scaled layout and planting palette matched to your soil and your patience, usually within two weeks of the visit.

Sign-off & pricing

One itemised price for design and build together, so there’s no surprise when the crews turn up.

Revisions included

Two rounds of changes are part of the fee — it’s your garden, not ours.

Good to know

Timescale

Most concept plans land within two weeks of the design visit, and full working drawings a fortnight after sign-off.

What it costs

The design fee is credited back against the build if you go ahead with us within twelve months.

Not sure yet?

Plenty of clients start with a design only and build in stages as budget allows — the plan still holds.
