Strength coaching · Newstead

Get strong. Stay strong. No noise.

Reyes Strength is a small coaching studio built on one idea: strength is a practice, not a punishment. Every program starts with a free assessment and runs on the same four rules, whether you train once a week or four.

The philosophy

Train like you plan to do this at eighty.

Most training fails because it is built for the six-week version of you — the one who is motivated, rested and never busy. This studio is built for the other 51 weeks.

That means form before load, progress measured in small honest numbers, and a program that survives a bad week instead of demanding a perfect one.

Three ways to train

Same method, three levels of hands-on.

Every option starts with the same free assessment — where you go from there depends on how much coaching you want.

1:1 Coaching

You and your coach at the rack, two or three sessions a week. Technique fixed in real time, programming adjusted the moment it needs to be.

Small Group

Capped at six, programmed individually, coached collectively. The most watched you will be for the price.

Online Programming

Your program in your pocket, videos reviewed weekly, a monthly check-in call. For people who train alone but do not want to guess.

The studio in numbers

Small room, serious lifting.

How the studio has run since the first day, and still does.

What clients say a year in.

“I’d been lifting on my own for two years and guessing. The assessment was the first time anyone actually watched me move, and every session since has started from what they saw.”

“The group cap is real. Six people, three racks, and somehow the coach sees every rep. I’ve been in commercial gyms with personal trainers who watched me less.”

Dev C.
TENERIFFE

“Online programming kept me strong through two years of travel. The weekly video reviews are the difference between a plan and a coach.”

Who is coaching

One method, taught by people who use it themselves.

Two coaches, working off the same four rules — form first, progressive, measured, sustainable — whichever option you pick.

Nobody here hands you a printout and walks off. Every session is watched, every number is logged.

Start with the assessment. It’s free.

The assessment costs nothing and commits you to nothing — worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of your own strength.
