Shown in full on request — I am happy to send a complete gallery rather than a curated set.
A hinterland chapel, August
A hundred and forty guests, three hours of dancing, and a thunderstorm at exactly the right moment.
A Stradbroke beach, March
Eleven people, forty minutes, then lunch. Small weddings are not lesser weddings and they photograph beautifully.
A verandah reception, May
Wind, rain, then twenty minutes of extraordinary light. Weather is not the problem people think it is.
A city rooftop, November
Winter, dark by five, entirely lit by whatever was in the room. Some of my favourite work.
How I price
Four rules
Every option includes the full edited gallery. There are no album upsells.
One price, no upsells
The price on the website is the price on the invoice. No album, no extra hour and no “unlocking” the full gallery for more.
Travel stated plainly
Travel within two hours of Brisbane CBD is included. Beyond that it is $1.20 per kilometre, quoted before you book, never added to the invoice afterwards.
Full resolution, with a print release
Every image, high resolution, yours to print wherever you like. Nothing is withheld to sell you prints.
A preview, then the full gallery
Around forty edited photographs within a week, the complete gallery within four.
Packages
Three options, all inclusive
All prices are in AUD and include GST. Travel within two hours of Brisbane is included; beyond that, $1.20/km is quoted up front.
Short day
$1,690
Up to five hours. Ceremony, group photos and the first part of the reception. Right for registry offices and smaller weddings.
Full day
$2,890
Around eleven hours, getting ready to the middle of the dancing, plus an hour together beforehand.
Full day, two photographers
$3,890
As above with a second shooter for larger guest counts or two preparation locations.
The work itself
Six moments from recent weddings
Shown as delivered, without the greatest-hits editing that makes every photographer’s portfolio look identical.
Morning — before anyone is nervous.
Vows — the bit that matters.
Confetti — twelve seconds, one chance.
Speeches — watching the room, not the speaker.
Dancing — available light, always.
Rings — the only bit I arrange.
Check your date before you fall in love with it.
Two weddings a month, no more. If I am already booked, I will say so the same day and point you toward someone good.
