Services & rates

What we do, and what it costs.

Real published figures. Projects are quoted as a fixed price from these rates, not estimated against them.

Selected work

Four projects, four outcomes

Client names withheld where the work is commercially sensitive, which is most of it.

Printed brand collateral for a manufacturer laid out on a workbench

Positioning, manufacturer — Yatala

Six weeks. A company selling on price that could not explain why it was worth more. Now it can, in one sentence.

A small team gathered in the studio on launch day

Launch campaign, software — Fortitude Valley

Ten weeks from concept to live across three channels. Two worked, one did not, and the report says which.

A stack of freshly printed letterheads and business cards on a pale desk

Rebrand, professional services — Spring Hill

Naming, identity and the whole internal rollout. The hard part was never the logo.

A finished report booklet passed across the studio table

Measurement, charity — South Bank

Four weeks setting up tracking that answered one question the trustees kept asking and nobody could answer.

How we price

Four rules

They are on the proposal as well as here.

Fixed, not estimated

The price on the proposal is the price on the invoice unless you change the scope in writing.

No tiered options

One recommendation, priced. Three tiers exist to make the middle one look reasonable and we would rather just tell you what to do.

Pass-through at cost

Media spend, print, freelancers and licences at exactly what they cost us, with the invoices attached.

Half up front, half on delivery

No monthly drip, no payment schedule designed to make stopping painful.

Rates

Three ways to buy

All prices exclude GST and any pass-through costs, which are billed separately at cost with documentation.

A day

$1,100

One of us, one day, on a specific problem. Workshops, audits, second opinions and getting unstuck.

A positioning project

from $14,000

Four to six weeks. Research, workshops, the written positioning and the language your team will actually use.

A campaign

from $22,000

Eight to twelve weeks, concept through delivery and measurement. Media spend is separate and passed through at cost.

The work itself

Six pieces from recent projects

Shown as delivered rather than as case-study mock-ups.

Guidelines — used, not filed.
A large printed banner being checked under bright studio lights
Outdoor — six sites, one city.
A designer laying out page sections on a studio pinboard
Web — built by their team.
A printed presentation deck laid out in a row across a meeting table
Sales deck — the real deliverable.
Colour swatches laid out on a studio light box
Email — nine sends.
A notebook and pen on the studio desk
The report — including the failure.

Book a scoping call. If we are not right for it, we will say so on the call.

Forty minutes, free, and no proposal unless you want one. Some of these calls end with us recommending you do it in-house.
