Waterproofing, done first
The step that fails in most leaking showers. Done by a licensed waterproofer and inspected before a tile goes down, with the certificate kept for your records.
Level-entry showers
No step and no hob, just a linear drain along the wall. Easier to clean, and easier to live with as knees get older.
Dates in writing
Most bathrooms take two to three weeks on site. You get the start and finish dates in writing before we begin.
