What makes an enquiry useful.
Photographs of the rooms as they are now are the single most useful thing you can send. Nothing needs tidying up first — the mess is part of the brief.
You do not need a finished brief or an agreed budget, but a rough number genuinely helps. Our fees are published, so it is used to shape the scope rather than to price you.

Within two working days. We are often on site, so a reply may come early or late rather than in office hours.
