What the job actually looks like.
We run 7/7 even time on production rosters and 5/2 residential for site-based trades and technical roles. Camp accommodation is single-room with ensuite. Flights go from Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton; drive-in-drive-out is supported from Mackay, Moranbah, Dysart and Emerald.
You’ll know your crew and your supervisor by name. Production targets get set with the people who have to hit them, and there’s no expectation that you push through a job you think is unsafe.
