Resource modelling, reserve statements, pit design and life-of-mine scheduling are all done in-house by our technical services group. That team sits alongside operations, so a change in the pit gets reflected in the plan the same week — not the next quarter.

An owner-operated fleet of ultra-class trucks, hydraulic excavators and production dozers, maintained from our own workshops at Warrigal Creek. Drill and blast is run by our shot crews to designs signed off by our geotechnical engineers.

Underground longwall
Longwall extraction at Mundoo Range with two development units ahead of the face. Gas drainage, ventilation and strata management are treated as production systems, not compliance tasks — they set the rate at which the face can safely move.

Processing & blending
Two coal handling and preparation plants with 1,800 tph combined feed capacity. Product is washed, sized and blended to contracted specification, with quality certified from our on-site laboratory before each train is loaded.

Rail & port logistics
Contracted above-rail haulage and terminal allocation, managed by our own logistics desk. Two independent load-out points and access to two terminals means a single constraint doesn’t stop the chain.
