Initial assessment (45 min)
Fifty minutes, including a written plan.
Standard consultation
Thirty minutes, in person or by telehealth.
Extended consultation (60 min)
Forty-five minutes when a plan needs rewriting.
Dry needling, taping & exercise program
Bulk-billed on a referred chronic-disease plan.
Medicare chronic-condition (EPC) visit
Within five kilometres of the practice.
DVA
Written on request, posted or emailed.
WorkCover Queensland & CTP
Written on request, posted or emailed.
Missed appointment

Where a fee has a gap, the amount depends on your own level of cover or your Medicare entitlement — the desk will tell you the figure before you pay. Fees last reviewed September 2026.

Medicare chronic-condition plan
If your GP has written you a Chronic Disease Management plan, a small gap applies per visit — ask your GP whether you qualify and we will tell you the figure before you book.
DVA
Bulk billed for Gold Card holders, and for White Card holders where the visit relates to your accepted condition.
WorkCover & CTP
Queensland WorkCover and CTP claims billed directly to the insurer — nothing out of your pocket. Bring your claim number.
First appointment usually inside 48 hours
