SERVICES
Three journeys through the clinic
Everyday pain, sports injuries, and the longer post-op road — each treated with the same 45-minute assessment first. Anything we do not do in-house we tell you at the first visit and refer you to someone we would see ourselves.
What we treat, grouped
Twelve things in three groups. If yours is not on the list it is still worth ringing.
Everyday pain
The desk-and-life injuries that arrived slowly.
- Lower back & sciatica. Acute flare-ups through to backs that have grumbled for years. Assessment, hands-on treatment, and a loading program that gets you off the floor and back to work.
- Neck & desk-related pain. Tension headaches and neck stiffness from long hours at a screen. Often resolves faster than people expect once the driver is found.
- Shoulder pain. Rotator cuff, impingement and frozen shoulder. We will say honestly if it is a case for an orthopaedic opinion.
- Knee, hip & ankle. Arthritic joints, ligament niggles and the ones that only show up on the second lap. Treated with strength work, not just rest.
Sports injuries
Tested against your own training load.
- Running & load injuries. Shin pain, ITB, achilles, plantar fascia — we look at your training and your shoes, not just the sore bit.
- Ligament & tendon injuries. Sprains, strains and tears rehabbed to return-to-play criteria, not just rested until quiet.
- Movement lab assessment. Treadmill and camera testing for a problem that keeps returning. You see the footage.
- Taping & bracing. Rigid and kinesiology taping, plus brace fitting where a joint needs support through a return to sport.
Post-op & long-term rehab
The longer road, with clear milestones.
- Post-operative rehabilitation. Knee reconstructions, shoulder repairs, hip and knee replacements — to your surgeon’s protocol, with progress reports sent without being chased.
- Rehab gym block. One-on-one coached sessions in our own gym for people who have finished treatment and want to stay finished.
- WorkCover & return to work. Direct billing, timely reports, and a graded return-to-work plan written for your actual job.
- Manual therapy & dry needling. Used where they earn their place in a session, never billed separately.
NOT SURE
Not sure it's a physio job?
Ring and describe it. If it belongs with a GP, a podiatrist or a surgeon, we will say so and you will not have paid us anything to find out.
First appointment usually inside 48 hours
