Clinicians who lift
Every physio here spends time in the gym side of the clinic — prescribing exercise you have actually done yourself changes how you explain it. All clinicians are registered with the relevant national board.
Who you will be booked with
Nobody here carries a caseload they did not assess. If you start with Dan, Dan is who you see at your next appointment too.
Rhea Keystone
Rhea started Keystone after years inside a hospital system that treated a problem and discharged the person without arming them to stay well. The 45-minute assessment and the rehab gym next door are both her insistence, and she still takes most of the complex return-to-sport work herself.
